Maxianne Berger enjoys a lively literary career in Montreal as a writer, reviewer, and translator of poetry by Francophone authors. Dismantled Secrets is her second collection of poetry. She has contributed to fifteen anthologies, most recently Blossoming (2007). Her poems have appeared in numerous literary journals, including Canadian Notes & Queries, The Malahat Review, The North American Review, Poetry Canada Review, and Ars Poetica. She has been a juror for the Lampert Award and a poetry mentor with the Quebec Writers Federation. Her literary memberships include The League of Canadian Poets, Quebec Writers Federation, Haiku Canada, and Tanka Canada.
