Auditorium and Meeting Spaces

The Auditorium is a fantastic venue for lectures, office events and workshops. The large, windowed room on the second floor has high ceilings, air conditioning, elevated stage and seating for approximately 100 people. The room is equipped with a chalk board, projection screen, podium, microphone and 1200 Watt amplifier. For those who require a computer projector to show presentations, arrangements can be made.

Rental Fee:

  • Set-up and cleaning fee: $15 + taxes
  • $25/hr + taxes during library hours OR
  • $40/hr + taxes after library hours

Dimensions: L 40 ft x W 22 ft (Auditorium), L 9 ft x W 22 ft x H 2ft (Stage) (1300 square feet)

The Reading Room is an elegant choice for your book launch, author signing, product unveiling or awards presentation. With high, arched windows and beautiful wooden architectural details, the Reading Room on the main floor will accommodate approximately 50 people. During regular library hours, the Reading Room is reserved for public use, but is available for rentals after library hours: Mondays and Wednesdays after 8pm, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays after 5pm. Please enquire about week-end availability.

Dimensions: L 33 ft x W 28 ft plus alcove (1000 square feet)
