Stephanie Bolster’s Bio

STEPHANIE BOLSTER’s first book, White Stone: The Alice Poems (Signal – Véhicule, 1998), won the Governor General’s Award and the Gerald Lampert Award, and her subsequent collections, Two Bowls of Milk (McClelland & Stewart, 1999) and Pavilion (McClelland & Stewart, 2002), established her as a poet, and made her a sought-after editor and teacher. Her work has also received the Bronwen Wallace and Archibald Lampman awards and has been translated into French, Spanish, and German. Her fourth collection of poems, A Page from The Wonders of Life on Earth, was published by Brick Books in fall 2011.
